Isuzu is an everyday ceremonial matcha with a emerald green colour, that carries mild bitterness, fresh astringent and strong aftertaste as usucha and latte. Why not put it in cake or dessert? It is ideal for cream base desserts such cheesecakes, ice cream, puff, glace, sauce, pudding, chocolate, yummy tea flavour (rather than bitterness) that will surprise your friends and family.
