Yugen is the best-selling home ceremonial matcha. It tastes great serving as a usucha with a noticeable and dynamic flavour of astringent, aftertaste, and umami (bye bitterness). It also works well as a high-quality latte with vibrant flavour added on top of milk, something you cannot find in local coffee shops.

京都宇治丸久小山園的又玄是款進楷的茶道級抹茶，做拿鐵甚至初學泡抹茶用也不錯，放入奶裡產品能帶出多變化的回甘味道。如想做出與眾不同茶味豐富的抹茶忌廉，亦可使用又玄。
